I had an issue with my order at first, and I wasn’t sure if I’d messed something up or if it was on their side. I contacted support and, after a few emails back and forth, they got it sorted. It took a little longer than I expected, so I did start wondering if I was being too impatient, but in the end I’m happy it was resolved.

I tried ordering from tomdesignshop.com, but the checkout page kept loading strangely and my payment didn’t go through on the first try. It worked eventually, but I expected the process to be quicker and smoother. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating.

I bought this as a gift, and maybe it’s just me, but I felt a little embarrassed handing it over. It looked cheaper in person than I expected, and it didn’t really have that special “gift” feel. It felt more like something I’d pick up last minute. It might be fine if you’re buying it for yourself, but I probably wouldn’t order from here again for a gift.

Overall, I’m happy with it because the material feels sturdy, solid, and like it should hold up well over time. It definitely doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, which I appreciate. My only small complaint is that I do wish the finish was a bit smoother to the touch, since that would have made it feel a little more polished and higher-end. Still, it’s a good product and I’m satisfied with it for the most part.

I was trying to browse Tom Design Shop, the site just felt a little clunky to me. Pages seemed to load slower than they should, and finding the product details wasn’t exactly straightforward. I’m sure the info was there somewhere, but I had to click around more than I expected, and a few of the menus threw me off. It’s not impossible to use or anything, but it definitely made shopping feel like more effort than it needed to be.

The whole production thing took longer than I expected. I was just waiting around for this and that to get finished, so it was a little frustrating.

I liked that there were a few ways to customize the design, but some of the choices felt a little limited. It literally took me a bit to figure out what I could actually change. Overall, it wasn’t bad, I just wish the options were easier to see before placing the order

The final design did turn out okay, so I’ll give them that, but wow, the proofing part was kind of a pain. It felt slow, and a little all over the place honestly. I’d mention a change, then somehow I’d have to bring it up again later, which got annoying fast. Maybe they were busy, I don’t know, but it just didn’t feel very organized. The shop isn’t terrible or anything, and the end result was fine, but the whole process wasn’t as smooth as I expected

I ordered from tomdesignshop.com i was in such a relieved mood when it showed up because the colors looked almost exactly like they did on my screen. I’d been a little nervous they might be way off, but they ended up matching my room really nicely. Super happy with how it turned out.

Maybe I’m being a bit picky, or maybe I didn’t look closely enough before ordering, but the print came out kind of blurry. It’s not super clear, so I was a little disappointed.

I ordered my normal size and it fit just the way I was hoping. Nothing felt oddly tight, and it wasn’t loose in any random spots either. If you’re debating sizing, I’d say stick with your usual size based on my experience. Online sizing can be such a guessing game, so I was happy this one worked out.

Got the package and it looked mostly fine. The box had a little dent on one side, but the item inside was totally okay, so I guess that means the packaging did its job. Everything was wrapped up nicely too. Overall I’m happy with it, even though the box wasn’t perfect, but boxes get moved around so that’s probably a good sign somehow.

I ordered from tomdesignshop.com and it showed up pretty much how I expected, the quality feels solid and not flimsy or cheap, the finish looks really nice in person, and even though shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping for, it wasn’t a huge deal and I’m still happy with the whole thing, so yeah I’d probably order from them again...

I ordered from tomdesignshop.com a few months ago, even though I normally stick with a brand I’ve used for years, so I was kind of expecting to regret switching it up. But it’s been really solid. I use it almost every day and so far there are no loose parts, no cracking, and nothing that makes me feel like it’s wearing out fast.

My biggest concern with buying online was that it might feel cheap in person, but it really doesn’t. It still looks good after a lot of use, and now I’m a little torn because my usual go-to brand has some competition. I’d definitely consider buying from them again.

I’m really happy with it. It came out looking so much like him that I almost feel like they just copied him right out of my picture
